Rental/Reservation Policies

 

  1. Payment is required in order to secure your reservation. Your date is not secure until payment is received.

  2. Stolen, damaged, or missing display items that are in your possession will be your responsibility to replace. You will be billed for any damaged or missing display items.

  3. Please don’t allow anyone to sit, play, or lean against the display.

  4. Grass should be cut and watered before display is setup. Please don’t allow grass to be cut after display has been set up, as grass can possibly stain the letters.

  5. Do not attach any items such as balloons, etc. to display.

  6. If taking pictures near the display, please do not remove or rearrange any of the display.

  7. Please water lawn before display is setup. If dirt is hard, stakes will not penetrate the ground.

  8. Better With Letters will not be responsible or liable for any injury or damage during the setup or removal of display.

  9. We are not responsible or liable for any injury caused by display or setup.

  10. By submitting payment, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth by Better With Letters. 

  11. Better With Letters will, at times, place a sign in the yard with the display for advertisement purposes. in addition, we will also take pictures and post on various social media sites. 

 

Refund Policy

 

  1. Booking may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to setup with a 50% refund or you can opt for a full credit towards a future reservation based on availability. No refunds will be given after 48 hours prior to setup.

  2. In VERY rare instances, Inclement weather may prevent us from setting up a display. In case of heavy rain, thunderstorms, lightning, heavy winds, tornadoes, hurricanes, or any natural disaster, we may need to reschedule. 

  3. No refunds will be given if vicious or intimidating animals are present on the property during setup.

  4. No refund will be given if given the wrong address.

  5. No refund will be given after setup.

  6. No refund will be given after setup because of circumstances beyond our control.

  7. No refund will be given for misspelled names. Please make sure the names are spelled correctly before submission of the order form.
